The Birth of GOLDHOUSE
Throughout my career, I have noticed a recurring shortcoming:
projects that get off to a good start but are often held back by a lack of coordination,
a lack of an overarching vision, or a lack of connection among the stakeholders.Property search, construction, interior design, partners…
There are many decisions to make and numerous people to coordinate with.
It’s not so much the project itself that poses a challenge,
but rather the way it is structured and managed.
Goldhouse was born out of these observations.

and guarantee consistency and the reliability of commitments at every stage.
