Identify tasks and draw up specifications to determine the type(s) of professional(s) involved
Obtaining and negotiating quotes via my network of craftsmen and other professionals
Ensure the viability of quotations and the consistency of proposed services
Administrative follow-up - help with financing applications, advice on current standards, etc.
I'm sure of the professional's guarantees: verified company insurance and other guarantees proving their expertise and reliability.
Securing the project by ensuring compliance with specifications from start to finish, without interfering in the execution of the work.
